PA WORCESTER — Worcester board approves $633,000 in escrow releases and denies two development waivers. The Board of Supervisors unanimously released $305,273.63 for Phase 1, $224,218.33 for Phase 2, and $103,657.64 for Phase 3 of the Reserve at Center Square project, while also accepting the project's improvements via Resolution 2026-06. The Board denied a Captain Carwash waiver request 2-0 with Chair Lou Betz abstaining and unanimously denied an Allan Myers Inc. waiver, directing the applicant to proceed with full land development review.
Monthly bills of $1,036,541.09 were also approved.
